I agreed a WAM (wet and messy) video with Jenna. She seemed nice and quickly agreed to my requests (messy face, messy hair, etc.) She even said "I promise" to it. 3 weeks later Jenna DM'ed me a super low resolution video with a frame rate of maybe 12 frames per second - it looks like a 90's webcam if you know what I mean. And NONE of the content I explicitly asked for and that she agreed to and said "I promise". Jenna refused any refund, and OF said they didn't care. BUYER BEWARE!!

ppv message was - "you’ve been so patient and sweet 😍🤗 I wanted to thank you with something special first time ever playing with myself 💓 i got so worked up just thinking of you watching this hope you arent judging me 🥺" there was no playing with herself, there was no nudity. 100% misleading management slop
